Stellar Dreams Telescope Giveaway at Buffalo State University
Buffalo State alumna Raven Baxter, ’14, ’17, visited campus February 19 as part of her Stellar Dreams initiative, a program that provided 100 high-tech telescopes to middle and high school students across the country, including 30 from Western New York, to cultivate their interest in astronomy and science as a whole. Families enjoyed a pizza party with red carpet treatment to celebrate the occasion.
